Thanks for your interest in Winter 2024 FITNESS SWIM PROGRAM, with the Bíos Triathlon Team! (formerly the MRU Tri Club). This Winter 2024 we are offering an exciting program for triathletes, swimming enthusiasts, and anyone who is interested in fitness!
NEW for 2024 - a short swim film analysis is included with your registration! Swim film stroke analysis is the best way for any individual to begin to make changes and improove their stroke.
