If you're not completely happy with your Tri Hub order, we want to make it simple and easy for you to return or exchange it. We will gladly accept items for return or exchange, provided they meet the following criteria:
 

  • Returned within (14) days of purchase date

  • Are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition 

  • All tags and hygiene liners still attached

  • In original, intact packaging

  • Please make sure the item is not listed HERE as a non-returnable item! 


THE FINE PRINT: 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from time of purchase.  Items purchased in store must be returned to the store location in Cochrane AB.  

 

If you ordered online, and need too exchange or return an item we encourage you to come to our retail location to process the return.  If that is not possible, we do accept returns via mail.  We recommend when returning an item to us via mail, you get proof of postage and/or a tracking number, just in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us - Tri Hub is not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so it doesn’t get damaged on the way.  Our women’s swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner for your comfort & safety - returned or exchanged items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed, damaged or missing. Please try on your swimwear items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner. Items with makeup marks, no hygienic liners, removed tags or in otherwise unsalable condition may not be accepted for return/exchange.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items ineligible for return or exchange include: nose clips; ear plugs; swim goggles, masks, snorkels and water bottles; Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).  Swim Training fins or paddles are returnable with original packaging in original condition after 1 pool use however you must return fins within 7 days of purchase.   

You will receive notification once your return/exchange has been received and assessed.  If approved, returns will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, although in most cases it is same day.

Non returnable items list

Swim Goggle Return Policy

 

Swim goggles, nose plugs, ear plugs, snorkels are non-returnable.  Once an item has been sold, it cannot be returned.  The only exception is in the case of a manufacturer defect.  This type of return / refund is subject to original manufacturer's warenty decision.

 

Returns for fit issues will not be accepted.  

  

If a customer has a warranty claim for defective or broken equipment they must follow the below steps.  All warranty claims on goggles must be reviewed by a store manager and no onsite refunds are possible.

  • Goggles must be surrendered in the store.  Clear photographs of the defect taken and a claim form filled out.

  • If the goggles were purchased online, the customer must fill out a claim form and photograph the issue or damage.  If no damage or defect is clearly visible, the customer may send the goggles back at their own expense for warranty review.  The shipping expense will not be refunded regardless of the manufacturer's warranty decision.     

  • After the above steps have been taken, the claim will be forwarded to the goggle manufacturer on your behalf.  

  • If the manufacturer accepts the warranty, the customer will be notified by email and  a refund or store credit will be issued back to the customer.
