Groupes

The Bíos Triathlon Swim Group is an area of the trihub.ca website which is exclusive to program participants.  This is where information and announcements are posted or swim analysis videos (like the one on this page) are uploaded. 

Bíos swimmers can also use this area to post workouts or self organized runs and rides!
