What type of goggle lenses should I choose? 
For optimum visibility, use a dark lens in bright light (outdoor pools, sunny days in open-water, etc.) and a clear lens in dim light (if the pool is not well lit or if the light is soft).
Lens tint 
When buying new Arena goggles, you will see an indicator with an arrow on the packaging. If the arrow points to DARK, less light will pass through the goggles. If the arrow points to CLEAR, more light will pass through the goggles.
