We recomend starting with an 8" and working up to a 12" size, unless the swimmer is very advanced with a lot of strength.

The Swim Parachute is made up of a comfortable, adjustable nylon belt connected to a durable parachute. Everyday resistance training is proven to build muscle, increase endurance and boost speeds. The results of training with a resistance parachute can be felt immediately after the training accessory is removed.
